Guest arrival time
• Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00
Guests are required to show a Passport or ID on their check-in.
• Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00
Key collection
• Guests collect the keys from the Reception.
Payment methods
• We accept the following payment methods: VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB, Cash.
Cancellation
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel 7 days before arrival.
Non Show
• If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged 100% of the total price.
Prepayment
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price in the 7 days before arrival. Hotel can collect this prepayment from the guest only in the 7 days before arrival.
Children and extra beds
• All children are welcome.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for childrens cots/cribs.
• All adults are charged 10,00 for extra beds.
• All children up to 12 years old are charged 5,00 for extra beds.
GOVERMENT TAX is not included, and it is 1,50 € per night per room.
